CEO & Co-founder

"Mr English" has 16+ years experience in English Teaching and curriculum development and even had a successful career in the Japanese entertainment industry!

Aroha Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Earning a degree in Education and PG Dip in Innovation, Aroha started her career as an ECE teacher, eventually holding a Regional Manager role in a major institution.

Clive Strother

Chief Knowledge Officer

As a youth, Clive's nickname was "Walking Dictionary". After 40+ years of educating, not much has changed. Our CKO oversees all curriculum development at Good Eikaiwa.

Marketing Director

Colleen has been influential in the areas of: early infant education, ESL, tourism and bilateral ties between Japan and New Zealand. Her focus is always: people.
